Get Rude is the newest project from North Carolina heavy music veterans Rob Holder, Josh Lane, Kevin Wilson, Nick Doss, Jameson Vaught, and Cowboy. Comprised of members of Killwhitneydead, The Demonstration, Fear the United and the Five L's, Get Rude started as a series of demos arranged and recorded by Rob Holder, formerly of The Demonstration, Killwhitneydead and Gabriella Cutthroat. After writing and recording the anticipated Mediaskare Records debut for The Demonstration and touring for a year in support of the record, he decided to take a step back and has now returned, with a new approach that focuses on blending genres of hardcore brutality with nu-metal and melodic overtones. He enlisted his longtime friend obvious NC vocal veteran and emperor of stage presence, known as Cowboy on the mic, whose wide vocal array focuses on brutal callouts, gang vocals and old school singalongs.
